Torch processions should not be held in sensitive public areas
(1) In any place designated as a sensitive public area by the order of an authorized officer due to the sovereignty, geographical or territorial integrity, security, public peace or decency of Nepal, no one shall hold a torch procession, fire or inflammable object, hold a procession or hold a rally with the intention of disturbing the public peace.< br> (2) A person who commits an offense under sub-section (1) shall be punished with imprisonment up to six months or a fine of up to five thousand rupees or both.
